Wooden Finish Coating

What Is Wooden Finish Coating?
Wooden finish coating, also known as sublimation or wood grain transfer coating, is a two-stage process:
Base Coat: A specially formulated PU (Polyurethane) powder is electrostatically applied to the surface of Mild Steel (MS), Stainless Steel (SS), or Aluminum sections and cured in an oven.
Wood Grain Transfer: A decorative wood grain film is applied over the base coat and transferred using heat and vacuum. The pattern embeds into the coating, creating a realistic wood-grain texture and appearance.
This process perfectly replicates the look of teak, walnut, oak, maple, or other wood grains — with long-lasting durability and zero maintenance compared to natural wood.
